Policyholders have the right to hire a public insurance adjuster who exclusively represents and works on their behalf.

Contractor and/or restoration company contractors save time and ensure they can deliver a quality job when ICRS is handling the claim.

Insurance companies know contractors are not authorized to represent policyholders in claims negotiations.  The big difference is in the eyes of the insurance claim marketplace, a contractor is a vendor and a Public Insurance Adjuster is an agent for the insured.  See TDI commissioner’s bulletin #B-0017-12.

We make sure that the policyholder’s claim file contains the documents insurance companies need to settle claims promptly and fairly.  We include overhead and profit and inform when to start any repair work and assist the policyholder recover any withheld depreciation once the repairs are complete.
